Instructor Bio
Karen Courtland Kelly, MA, Olympian is celebrating her 19th year as a special guest teacher at Keene Fitness and teaching clients of all ages and levels for 29 years in Pilates. As a US Olympic Figure Skater and Chef de Mission of Education for the World Figure & Fancy Skating Championships, she greatly enjoys teaching and motivating clients to keep their core improving and healthy in life. She can adapt her lessons to fit any fitness level. She also shares her love of arts and academics.
