DIRECTIONS
Keene Fitness is located on Route 73 in Keene Valley, directly across from the Noon Mark Diner.
If heading from points south, you can reach Keene Valley by taking Exit 30 off the Northway (I-87)
and following Route 73 northwest to Keene Valley (about 10 miles from the Northway).
